Hot Pork, a fresh addition to Toronto's culinary scene, opened its doors in January 2024 near Trinity Bellwoods Park. This casual restaurant and deli counter is the brainchild of Michael Synowicki, a former chef at the renowned King Edward Hotel. Synowicki's journey began during the pandemic, when he started selling house-made sausages on social media, eventually expanding to smoked pork belly and beef brisket.Hot Pork specializes in high-quality, house-made, smoked, and cured meats.
