Our signature breakfast sandwich starts with a house-made English muffin, freshly milled from einkorn flour. We layer it with perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, a rich chive aioli, 3-year aged cheddar from the Cheese Boutique, fresh arugula, and tomato. For an extra kick, add our optional house-fermented habanero hot sauce. It’s Liberty Village’s best breakfast sandwich!
We are a bakery and café located in the heart of Liberty Village, where we mill all our flour on-site for our products. Using regenerative and organic Canadian grains, we craft some of Toronto's finest sourdough breads, pastries, sandwiches, and, of course, exceptional coffee.
